What should a lighting quote cover?

A photo and a clear description of the rooflines you want help define the work. Ask for the final design, scope and price together so you know exactly what you are choosing.

The roof edges

Front-facing eaves, garage edges and peaks are different parts of the design. Mark the sections you want included instead of using your home’s floor area as the lighting measurement.

The access

Tell Louis the number of stories and show the roof shape from the ground. Leave measuring high edges and checking access to the professional.

The season’s service

Trinity supplies custom-cut, commercial-grade LEDs mounted on clips. Mid-season repairs, takedown and off-season storage are included.

Estimate your Christmas lighting price

Enter your roofline length and access details to see a planning range. The final price follows a property-specific assessment.

Standard-access roofline pricing: $600 minimum. One story: $5–$8 per foot. Two stories: $7–$10 per foot. Before any applicable tax. Three stories, difficult access and extra decorations require a custom quote.

Compare the same scope

When comparing quotes, check whether each covers the same roof edges, supplies the lights, and includes removal and storage. Keep those details beside the quoted price.

At Trinity, Louis does the work himself. The lighting uses clips without nails or staples. For anything outside the roofline design, ask Louis to confirm availability and scope.
